Squadmates,

this is to clarify what Si Si meant. Th assignment given right, you have to write for EVERY of our squadmates. :)

That means, one paragraph per squadmate.

In one paragraph, you have to include as follows:-

- Their good point.

- Their bad point.

Then, when you're done with all th squadmates writeup, write another paragraph on what you expect from out new NCOs. :)
